In addition to any powers set forth elsewhere, the Secretary may: adopt regulations to carry out this title; use any member of the Department of State Police, as necessary, to carry out and enforce this title; and make inquiries and conduct an investigation regarding any applicant for a license or for registration. In addition to any duties set forth elsewhere, the Secretary shall: adopt regulations that set standards for the licensure of security systems agencies; adopt regulations that set standards for the registration of security systems technicians and other individuals who have access to circumventional information; and keep a roster of individuals registered as security systems technicians or as individuals who have access to circumventional information.
