§ 18–301

Except as otherwise provided in this title or §§ 10–14A–03 and 10–14B–03 of the State Government Article, a person may not engage, or solicit to engage, in the business of providing security systems services in the State unless the person obtains a license and meets the requirements of § 18–401 of this title.
