## Title 18. Security Systems Technicians

### Subtitle 3A. Registration

#### Section 18-3A-04

(a) Except for registration under Sec. 18-3A-03(d) of this subtitle, the Secretary shall conduct a State and national criminal history records check of an applicant before registering the applicant.

(b) An applicant shall pay to the Secretary the cost of any background checks before the applicant may be registered.
