## Title 20. Private Home Detention

### Subtitle 3. Licensing

#### Section 20-301

Except as otherwise provided in Sec.Sec. 10-14A-03 and 10-14B-03 of the State Government Article, a person shall be licensed by the Secretary as a private home detention monitoring agency before operating a business that provides monitoring services for a fee to individuals who are under a court order that requires monitoring by a private home detention monitoring agency.
