## Title 3. Architects

### Subtitle 3. Licenses

#### Section 3-307

(a) If an applicant qualifies for a license by passing an examination under this subtitle, the Board shall send the applicant a notice that states that:

  (1) the applicant has qualified for a license; and

  (2) on receipt of a license fee set by the Board, the Board will issue a license to the applicant.

(b)

  (1) On payment of the license fee, the Board shall issue a license to each applicant who meets the requirements for a license through examination under Sec. 3-305 of this subtitle.

  (2) The Board shall issue a license to each applicant who meets the requirements for a license by reciprocity under Sec. 3-306 of this subtitle.
