## Title 4. Barbers

### Subtitle 5. Barbershops and Barber Schools

#### Section 4-503

(a) An applicant for a barbershop permit shall:

  (1) submit to the Board an application on the form that the Board provides; and

  (2) pay to the Board an application fee and a pre-opening inspection fee established by the Board in accordance with Sec. 4-206 of this title.

(b) For each barbershop permit for which a person applies, the person shall submit a separate application and pay separate application and pre-opening inspection fees.
