The Board shall issue a barbershop permit to each applicant who meets the requirements of this subtitle. The Board shall issue a barbershop permit and a beauty salon permit to an applicant of a single establishment if the applicant: meets the requirements of: this title; and Title 5 of this article; submits a separate application for each permit; and pays a separate fee for each application.
