Title 5. Cosmetologists

Subtitle 1. Definitions; General Provisions

This title does not prohibit:

(1)

an individual from practicing a health occupation that the individual is authorized under the laws of the State to practice; or

(2)

an individual who is authorized to practice barbering under Title 4 of this article from practicing barbering.
