Title 5. Cosmetologists

Subtitle 2. State Board of Cosmetologists

(a)

In addition to any powers set forth elsewhere, the Board may administer oaths.

(b)

In addition to any duties set forth elsewhere, the Board shall:

(1)

adopt a seal;

(2)

keep a record of its proceedings;

(3)

keep records at its principal office; and

(4)

provide copies of its regulations to persons regulated by the Board.

(c)

The Board shall keep a record that, for each application for a license, registration, or permit, shows:

(1)

the name of the applicant;

(2)

the place of business or employment of the applicant;

(3)

the address of the place of business or employment; and

(4)

the action of the Board on the application.
