## Title 5. Cosmetologists

### Subtitle 4. Registration of Apprentices

#### Section 5-402

An applicant for registration shall:

(1) submit to the Board an application on the form that the Board provides; and

(2) pay to the Board an application fee established by the Board in accordance with Sec. 5-205 of this title.
