This section applies only to a local jurisdiction that has applied for and received authorization to offer local master or journeyperson registration under § 6–103 of this title. Within 60 days after the issuance of a State license to an individual, the individual shall register locally with the local jurisdiction where the individual: resides; has a principal business office; or has a resident agent.
