### Subtitle 2. State Racing Commission

#### Section 11-203

(a) The Governor shall designate a chairman from among the members of the Commission.

(b)

  (1) The term of the chairman is 1 year.

  (2) The chairman may not serve more than 2 consecutive terms as chairman.
