### Subtitle 9. Jockey and Horsemen's Funds

#### Section 11-904

(a) The Jockey Fund shall be managed by a Board of Directors.

(b) The Board of Directors of the Jockey Fund consists of the members of the Commission.

(c) The Board of Directors shall carry out this part.
