## Title 12.5. Locksmiths

### Subtitle 2. Licensing

#### Section 12.5-201

Except as otherwise provided in this title or Sec.Sec. 10-14A-03 and 10-14B-03 of the State Government Article, a business shall be licensed by the Secretary before the business and employees of the business provide locksmith services in the State.
