## Title 16.9. Out-of-State Sales of Premium Cigars and Pipe Tobacco

### Subtitle 2. Remote Tobacco Seller Licenses

#### Section 16.9-210

A party to a proceeding before the Executive Director who is aggrieved by a final decision of the Executive Director in a contested case, as defined in Sec. 10-202 of the State Government Article, is entitled to judicial review as provided in Sec.Sec. 10-222 and 10-223 of the State Government Article.
