### Subtitle 14. Promoters of Outdoor Musical Festivals

#### Section 17-1403

Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle or Sec.Sec. 10-14A-03 and 10-14B-03 of the State Government Article, a person must have a promoter license whenever the person acts as a promoter in the State.
