### Subtitle 9. Peddlers

#### Section 17-906

Except as otherwise provided in Part II of this subtitle or Sec.Sec. 10-14A-03 and 10-14B-03 of the State Government Article, a person must have a peddler license whenever the person acts as a peddler in the State.
