## Title 2.5. Service Members, Veterans, and Military Spouses -- Licensing

### Subtitle 1

#### Section 2.5-108

(a) The Department shall publish prominently on its website:

  (1) the process for obtaining a license from any unit under Sec. 2.5-106 of this title;

  (2) the time period during which a unit is required to issue an expedited license under Sec. 2.5-106(a) of this title; and

  (3) a list of the names of each unit that issues a license under this title and a direct link to each unit's website.

(b) Each unit shall publish prominently on its website:

  (1) the process for obtaining a license under Sec. 2.5-106 of this title and, if applicable, Sec. 2.5-107 of this title; and

  (2) the time period during which a unit is required to issue an expedited license under Sec. 2.5-106(a) of this title.
