(a)
A buyer may not buy or offer to buy personal property from a minor.
(b)
If an automated purchasing machine cannot determine the serial number of an electronic device and the device is valued at $25 or more, the buyer may not purchase the electronic device.

(a)
A person who knowingly or willfully violates this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to:
(1)
for a first offense, a fine not exceeding $1,000; and
(2)
for a second or subsequent offense, a fine not exceeding $5,000.
(b)
Each violation of this title is a separate offense.
