### Subtitle 7. Home Builder Guaranty Fund

#### Section 4.5-709

A party to a proceeding before the Division who is aggrieved by a final decision of the Division in a contested case, as defined in Sec. 10-202 of the State Government Article, may take an appeal as allowed in Sec.Sec. 10-222 and 10-223 of the State Government Article.
