(a)
This section does not apply to an individual authorized to participate as a wrestler or a contestant or to act as a manager, referee, judge, second, matchmaker, or promoter in a contest in the State under §§ 10–14A–03 and 10–14B–03 of the State Government Article.
(b)
A person may not participate as a wrestler or contestant in a contest in the State unless the person has an appropriate license.
(c)
A person may not act as a manager, referee, judge, second, matchmaker, or promoter in a contest in the State unless the person has an appropriate license.
