### Subtitle 3. Boxing, Kick Boxing, Wrestling, and Mixed Martial Arts

#### Section 4-303

(a) This section does not apply to an individual authorized to participate as a wrestler or a contestant or to act as a manager, referee, judge, second, matchmaker, or promoter in a contest in the State under Sec.Sec. 10-14A-03 and 10-14B-03 of the State Government Article.

(b) A person may not participate as a wrestler or contestant in a contest in the State unless the person has an appropriate license.

(c) A person may not act as a manager, referee, judge, second, matchmaker, or promoter in a contest in the State unless the person has an appropriate license.
