### Subtitle 6. Perpetual Care

#### Section 5-609

Except as provided in Sec. 5-602 of this subtitle, a sole proprietor registered cemeterian, permit holder, or any other person subject to the permit or registration requirements of this title may not establish, operate, or allow a cemetery to be operated in violation of this subtitle.
