Subtitle 2. Powers and Duties of the Secretary of State and the Attorney General

Each document submitted to the Secretary of State under this title is a public record and shall be:

(1)

kept in the Office of the Secretary of State for at least 2 years; and

(2)

made available to the public during the normal business hours of the Secretary of State for inspection and for photocopying at a reasonable price.
