A salesperson may not represent more than 2 contractors at a time. Before an individual becomes a salesperson for a contractor, the individual shall tell: that contractor the name of each other contractor for whom the individual currently is a salesperson; and each contractor for whom the individual currently is a salesperson the name of the contractor for whom the individual plans to become a salesperson. When an individual ceases to be a salesperson for a contractor, the contractor shall give the Commission written notice of the cessation.
