## Title 10. Limited Partnership Act

### Subtitle 6. Distributions and Withdrawal

#### Section 10-606

Except to the extent limited by Sec. 10-607 of this subtitle or Sec. 10-804 of this title, at the time a partner becomes entitled to receive a distribution, the partner has the status of, and is entitled to all remedies available to, a creditor of the limited partnership with respect to the distribution.
