A stockholder of a close corporation or his agent may inspect and copy during usual business hours any records or documents of the corporation relevant to its business and affairs, including any: Bylaws; Minutes of the proceedings of the stockholders and directors; Annual statement of affairs; Stock ledger; and Books of account.
