### Subtitle 3. Motor Vehicle Laws

#### Section 10-301.1

(a) In Sec.Sec. 10-302 through 10-309 of this subtitle, the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) "Specimen of blood" and "1 specimen of blood" have the meaning stated in Sec. 16-205.1 of the Transportation Article.

(c) "Test" has the meaning stated in Sec. 16-205.1 of the Transportation Article.
