### Subtitle 3. Review of Decisions of Trial Courts of General Jurisdiction

#### Section 12-308

Except as provided in Sec. 12-307 of this subtitle, the Appellate Court of Maryland has exclusive initial appellate jurisdiction over any reviewable judgment, decree, order or other action of a circuit court, and an orphans' court.
