There shall be a judicial personnel committee, with duties and powers as set forth in this subtitle. The judicial personnel committee consists of three members, as follows: The State Court Administrator; The administrative judge of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City; and The clerk of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
