### Subtitle 1. Absent Persons

#### Section 3-101

(a) In this subtitle the following terms have the meanings indicated.

(b) "Absentee" means a person who has disappeared.

(c) "Court" means a court having jurisdiction as provided in Sec. 13-105(b) of the Estates and Trusts Article.
