### Subtitle 13. Remedies for Shoplifting and Employee Theft

#### Section 3-1307

The procedures required by Sec. 3-1303 of this subtitle do not otherwise limit a merchant or other person from electing to pursue any other civil remedy or cause of action for damages against any responsible person under this subtitle or otherwise as permitted by law.
