### Subtitle 2. Arbitration and Award

#### Section 3-201

(a) In this subtitle the following terms have the meanings indicated.

(b) "Court" means a court of equity.

(c) "Guardian" means a person appointed by a court as guardian of the person or property or both of a disabled person.

(d) "Personal representative" means an executor, administrator, or special administrator.
