### Subtitle 8A. Juvenile Causes -- Children Other Than Cinas and Adults

#### Section 3-8A-19.5

(a) A violation of any of the provisions of a peace order specified in Sec. 3-8A-19.2(c)(1)(i), (ii), (iii), or (iv) of this subtitle is a delinquent act.

(b) A law enforcement officer shall take into custody a child whom the officer has probable cause to believe is in violation of a peace order in effect at the time of the violation.
