### Subtitle 8A. Juvenile Causes -- Children Other Than Cinas and Adults

#### Section 3-8A-19.7

(a) In this section, "technical violation" has the meaning stated in Sec. 3-8A-19.6 of this subtitle.

(b) A child may not be placed in a facility used for detention for a technical violation.
