Title 3. Courts of General Jurisdiction -- Jurisdiction/special Causes of Action

Subtitle 8C. Truancy Reduction Pilot Program

A criminal defendant under this subtitle is subject to:

(1)

Any conditions of probation authorized under § 6–220 of the Criminal Procedure Article; and

(2)

Any additional condition of probation that would promote the child’s attendance in school.
