### Subtitle 8C. Truancy Reduction Pilot Program

#### Section 3-8C-07

A criminal defendant under this subtitle is subject to:

(1) Any conditions of probation authorized under Sec. 6-220 of the Criminal Procedure Article; and

(2) Any additional condition of probation that would promote the child's attendance in school.
