Subtitle 5. Immunities and Prohibited Actions -- Governmental

The Alcohol Beverage Services for Montgomery County shall be:

(1)

Immune from all suits for damages; and

(2)

Subject to suit only for the enforcement of contracts made by the Alcohol Beverage Services for Montgomery County.
