#### Section 5-610

A law enforcement officer who responds to a request under Sec. 4-502 of the Family Law Article for assistance by an individual who alleges to have been a victim of spousal assault shall be immune from civil liability in complying with the request if the law enforcement officer acts in good faith and in a reasonable manner.
