### Subtitle 1. Interest and Usury

#### Section 12-117

With respect to any loan made at a rate pursuant to Sec. 12-103(a) and (c) of this subtitle or Sec. 12-404 of this title, the lender must comply with Sec. 14-1302 of this article except that subsection (c) of Sec. 14-1302 is not applicable.
