## Title 12. Credit Regulations

### Subtitle 1. Interest and Usury

#### Section 12-122

Any lender who knowingly and willfully violates any provision of Sec. 12-103, Sec. 12-109.2, Sec. 12-119, Sec. 12-120, or Sec. 12-121 of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $500, or imprisonment not exceeding 6 months, or both.
