## Title 12. Credit Regulations

### Subtitle 3. Consumer Loans -- Credit Provisions

#### Section 12-319

Notwithstanding any other provision of this title, a loan shall be subject to this subtitle, whether or not elected, if the loan is consumer-directed earned wage access under Subtitle 15 of this title.
