## Title 14. Miscellaneous Consumer Protection Provisions

### Subtitle 18. Merchandise Delivery

#### Section 14-1804

It shall be an unfair or deceptive trade practice under Title 13 of this article if a dealer:

(1) Fails to comply with the requirements of Sec. 14-1802 of this subtitle; or

(2) Denies a consumer the remedies provided by Sec. 14-1803 of this subtitle.
