Title 14. Miscellaneous Consumer Protection Provisions

Subtitle 26. Maryland Door-to-Door Solicitations Act

(a)

A person making a door-to-door solicitation for any purpose shall comply with this subtitle.

(b)

Violation of this subtitle shall be an unfair or deceptive trade practice.

(c)

Any payment, pledge, or promise made as a result of a solicitation made in violation of this subtitle is voidable by the consumer.
