### Subtitle 39. Transparency in Consumer Arbitrations Act

#### Section 14-3904

The information provided by an arbitration organization under Sec. 14-3903 of this subtitle may be considered in determining whether a consumer arbitration agreement is unconscionable or otherwise unenforceable under law.
