### Subtitle 4A. Vehicle Protection Products Act

#### Section 14-4A-05

Except for information received under Sec. 14-4A-04(b)(5)(ii) of this subtitle, any information received by the Division in the course of administering this subtitle shall be made available to the public, subject to the provisions of the Maryland Public Information Act.
