### Subtitle 3. Abandoned Property in This State

#### Section 17-307.1

The balance of the proceeds from the sale of personal property stored at a self-service storage facility that is unclaimed after the expiration of the 1 year period specified in Sec. 18-504(e) of this article is presumed abandoned.
