### Subtitle 1. Expungement of Police and Court Records

#### Section 10-105.3

(a) A person incarcerated after having been convicted of possession of cannabis under Sec. 5-601 of the Criminal Law Article may present an application for resentencing to the court that sentenced the person.

(b) The court shall grant the application and resentence the person to time served.

(c) If the person is not serving a concurrent or consecutive sentence for another crime, the person shall be released from incarceration.
