### Subtitle 2. Pretrial Rights

#### Section 11-204

As provided under Sec. 3-122 of this article, the Maryland Department of Health shall notify a victim of a crime of violence or a victim or victim's representative who has filed a notification request form under Sec. 11-104 of this title whenever the Department receives a court order to examine a defendant to determine whether the defendant was criminally responsible for the alleged crime or is competent to stand trial.
