### Subtitle 8. Criminal Injuries Compensation Board

#### Section 11-817

Acceptance of an award made under this subtitle subrogates the State, to the extent of the award, to any right or right of action of the claimant or the victim to recover payments on account of losses resulting from the crime or delinquent act with respect to which the award is made, including the right to recover restitution ordered under Sec. 11-603 of this title.
